Spectator Activities

The 2020 ECA Canoe Slalom European Championships, London, presented by Jaffa, will have a range of activities to entertain all members of the family.

Across the weekend, alongside supporting the British team as they take on the world’s best paddlers as they prepare for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, ticket holders can also access the following range of activities across five themed zones for FREE!

Water Area

Go Paddling

If you like what you see and fancy having a go yourself then head to the lake to jump in a kayak and see if you could be a future Olympic canoeist!

The sessions are led by an instructor and participants will be provided with a kayak, paddle and buoyancy aid.

You will wear your own clothes for the activity and whilst most participants just get a wet bum, there is always a chance of falling in in our sport. We therefore advise people to consider bringing some spare clothes.

If you are keen to take part it is recommended you wear a long sleeve t-shirt or light sweatshirt, lightweight trousers or leggings, and closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops). All participants are required to remove watches and jewellery, including earrings and nose piercings.

The minimum age to participate on the water is 8 years old.
